How do I return an item?

RETURNS POLICY

A return request for any item can be submitted for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must have their original serial number. Dishonest returns will be refused.

Item NOT RECEIVED

If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received, then a notification of the issue must be sent to support@untanglednetworks.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • If the package was lost or misplaced by courier, then the order will be RE-DISPATCHED, subject to availability.
  • If no replacement is available to re-dispatch the lost or misplaced order, then a CREDIT will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price. If a REFUND is required, then it will be provided according to the original payment.
  • If the package is found to have not been received due to an error on the buyer’s part (i.e. a wrong shipping address was provided), then no replacement, credit or refund will be provided.

Item Received Is DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE

If an item is found to have been received damaged or defective, then it can be returned for a REPLACEMENT (same item), EXCHANGE (different item), FULL CREDIT or FULL REFUND.

  • Seller pays return shipping.
  • Seller pays ground shipping of a replacement/exchange (if exchange weighs similar to the original item).
  • If expedited shipping of replacement/exchange is requested, then buyer pays difference in shipping. Buyer will be contacted with payment options.
  • If the exchange costs more than the original item, then buyer pays the difference.
  • A replacement/exchange will be sent once the return is on its way to seller.
  • If full credit or full refund is requested, then it will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

CHANGE OF MIND

If the return is due to a change of mind, then an EXCHANGE, a PARTIAL CREDIT (equal to the cost of the item only) or PARTIAL REFUND (equal to the cost of the item only) can be provided.

  • Original shipping cost not creditable or refundable.
  • Buyer pays return shipping.
  • Buyer pays shipping of exchange.
  • Exchange will ship once return is received and inspected.
  • Partial credit or partial refund will be issued when return is received and inspected.
  • A 10-25% (or more) RESTOCKING FEE will apply if the returned item cannot be re-sold as brand new.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Fill out the RMA Form below and email it to support@untanglednetworks.com or fax it to 435.578.0554.
  2. Wait for return instructions.
  3. Ship the return.
  4. Wait for return receipt and inspection.
  5. Replacement, exchange, credit or refund will then be provided, and an email notification will be sent.
